Space Between: Using Breath for Bliss

     Recently, my focus in and off the mat has been noticing the space between breaths.  This simple practice helps me to be instantly present and aware of my true essence. Behind all the chaos, thoughts and clutter, there is a constant.  That constant can not be put into words only felt. But if I had to describe it, I would day it is pure stillness, silence and peaceful bliss.
     
      Try it !  After each exhale, take a moment to pause and the feel the space between.  Then do the same after each inhale. Sit with the space between.
     
     After practicing with breathing, now begin to notice the space between thoughts, space between heart beats, space between the snowflakes as they fall.

The examples in nature are endless.
